Briony Barr is a conceptual artist and art-director of Scale Free Network, an art-science collaborative and publisher based in Melbourne. Co-founded with microbial ecologist Gregory Crocetti, SFN creates picture books (Small Friends Books) and graphic novels (The Invisible War), interdisciplinary workshops, exhibitions and installations which draw on the microscopic world.
