Debra has been designing books since Roxette had ‘The Look’. She spent her early career as a studio manager, creating products for children, before landing her dream job at Penguin Books. This saw her working in-house with high-profile authors for almost a decade, before starting her own business from her Melbourne home studio in 2007. While she has designed across all book genres, Debra’s true love is creating fiction covers (especially YA) and nurturing a small, loyal client base.
After hours, Debra is a multidisciplinary artist who regularly exhibits in galleries.
