Emily is a Sydney-based freelance book designer. She has previously worked in-house for Murdoch Books, Penguin Random-House and Allen & Unwin on a wide range of fiction and illustrated titles. She has created designs for local and international publishers including Pan Macmillan, HarperCollins, Hardie Grant and Simon & Schuster. She has received several Book Design Awards and in 2011 was awarded The Australian Publishers Association's Young Designer of the Year.
