ABDA exists to support present and future Australian book designers – to promote their work to, and connect with, the broader publishing community.

Fees
Annual individual student membership costs $55 FREE
It is available to full-time and part-time students studying Graphic or Communication design in Australia.
Are you currently completing a Diploma, Certificate, Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic or Communication Design? Are you passionate about designing books and see yourself working in the publishing industry in the future?
The Australian Book Design Association now has student membership. Normally this would be at a reduced rate of only $55 per year, but to celebrate our 70th birthday and to support the next generation of Australian book designers, for this year student membership is free!
You’ll receive discounts to our events where you get a chance to get your hands dirty with our creative workshops, network with industry professionals or learn about important issues facing the Australian book design industry.
Annual Student Memberships are available to full-time and part-time students studying Graphic or Communication Design in Australia.
