Design Rationale

A memorable cover that encourages a critical dialogue on the impact of moral issues in business. The shiny, spot UV glazed wheeled lemon is a homage to Voltswagon emission scandal wherein VW admitted to fudging their emissions tests to deceive customers to catastrophic effects. It conjures up ideas of user car salemen and an industry known for a questionable practices. We wanted viewers to consider if they were being sold a lemon. An illustration provides a friendly and satirical approach to a topic often overwhelmed by a focus on the negative. The clean and modern feel continues internally.
