The cartoon on the cover is reproduced in a black Matt foil overprinting cmyk to draw attention to the artists line work — the original drawing by Charles Nuttall was drawn in black ink. The image was selected by the author, who stipulated that it had to contain a kangaroo. This particular kangaroo image maximises the clever title, as the kangaroo jumps “over the top” of its enemy. The high production values place the book in the category: collectable, researched, and comprehensive history.
