-
The Alchemy of Things is a book of 20 curious homes owned by alchemists, those who collect overtime, from different periods, with their own personal creative vision. Each subject can’t be more different to others, the challenge is to create a book that is cohesive and present the sophistication of the subjects. The solution is layers of refined design details. A classic typeface (Trade) used in a contemporary way, married with a contemporary typeface (Recollection), a range of muted colours give presence to each story. The cover features two uncoated stock for tactility and debossing, matching endpapers and block spray.
