Design Rationale

Jennie Higgie’s idea for THERE’S NOT ONE was inspired by her love of Bruno Munari and the paper cutouts by Matisse. We worked together to great a vibrant layout using an unusual format, that made the most of her beautiful collages. As each page was created as a one whole piece of artwork, we also used an expert art-worker to assist us when we needed to move elements around as well as high-quality scanning and colour correction. We hope the end result is that a book that feels life-filled and effortless.
