Shrigley’s work can be perceived as naïve in appearance but is actually also very considered. I wanted the publication to be representative of this, especially through the format and binding. The DIY rawness of the format mirrors Shrigley’s own aesthetic. The finished result is a book/object that needs to be handled in the right order to make sense.
