This book was created alongside the exhibition Lindy Lee at the MCA. Unusually, parchment paper was used for text pages because of its texture and semi-transparency, as some show-though was desired to add to the delicate feel. The two typefaces represent the yin/yang and two sides of Lee’s work: the delicate paper works and poetic titles, contrasted with the bright, shiny metal artworks. The cover features a high-build UV, for shine and dimension, over a section of a ‘flung bronze’ artwork and was designed to look as if the bronze was thrown over the title.
