Design Rationale

The brief was to create a design that felt true to the essence of Caddie magazine (the magazine that the articles/essays are compiled from) while giving it the quality of a coffee-table book. While aiming to appeal to golf-enthusiasts, the design itself uses considered layouts and contemporary typography to elevate the title to sit alongside not just comparable sportsbooks, but also photography and design publications meant it was a collaborative process and allowed the design to help shape the pace and tone of the book.
