The impeccable and definitive style of Elvis and Ben led the design approach for Recipes for a Good Time. The style they project in their restaurants filters down into all aspects of their life – the cars they drive, the music they listen to, the way they dress – and that was something they really wanted reflected in the book. Taking cues from period recipe books, it was important that my Illustrations, the typography, and photographs, worked together to reflect the authentic lifestyle they lead with their families and friends that centres around great food.
