The concept of junk food reminded me of growing up in the 90’s, and what I think would be the golden age of McDonald’s – the yellow and red cheeseburger wrappers, the grease and general messiness and the comical characters (think Grimace). This concept was applied throughout the title, from the food styling to the illustrated characters, giving the title a fun, nostalgic vibe.
