ABDA Annual General Meeting 2019
The 2019 Annual General Meeting of the Australian Book Designers Association Inc. will be held on Monday 12 August 2019 at 6.30pm (AEST).

Sydney Location:
HarperCollins Head Office
Level 13, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney
Followed by drinks – location TBC
Time 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
(please arrive at 6:15 pm to allow for recording attendance)
The ordinary business of the Annual General Meeting is:
(a) to receive and consider the Annual Report of the Committee and the financial statements for the preceding financial year;
(b) confirmation of the members of the Committee
(c) to confirm or vary the amounts of the annual subscription
There will be no election held at the AGM due to Committee Nominations being equal to the number of positions available.
It will be assumed you have read the Annual Report and other documents prior to the AGM; they will not be reviewed in detail on the night unless they are in other business or there are specific points raised for discussion by ABDA members.
