An abundance of vibrant vegetables adorns this 2-kilo compendium: a visual exaltation to plant food. The brief was to create a next-gen category killer. Made for cooks and eaters alike, it needed to be accessible and instructional, whilst exuding plenty of pep and rhythm, like its enthusiastic author. Joyous illustrations and rich photography celebrate the tone and texture of the once humble veg. Sophisticated display fonts feature confidently next to friendly sans serifs. Block colours create a rainbow foredge that leads the reader through the colour-coded chapters. The result is a glorious showcase for veg, iconic and full of zest.
